Tracy and Jess were excellent help and adapted to my specific situation. Tracy provided excellent support through the interview process at a desirable company. After several rounds of interviews, it didn't work out. Tracy used what she learned about me to find another option that would fit me even better. She connected me with her colleague Jess which led me to landing my current position, which I love. I've been here 6 months now.
