Lucas James found multiple candidates within days of getting the assignment and they all were worth interviewing. Making the final cut was not easy because of the quality of the candidates put forward.

What I liked best from my experience is that it felt like I received personalized support for my job hunt, Brian provided expert guidance, and the communication between LHD and LJTP was clear and streamlined.

I enjoyed working with Brian and thanks to him, I was able to land a great job! He was professional and likeable through the entire process and gave a lot of insights. He wanted me to be the candidate that got hired and that showed throughout the process with the support and feedback he provided. Not that I want to look for another job again at the moment, but if that time ever comes, I'd be happy to work with him and Lucas James again.
