Loop11 is very easy to use with its in in built AI project creator which does the entire project creation in few seconds with detailed tasks, activities and questions. The same can be quickly customised and launched. The data collection is smooth and results get mapped soon after completion with detailed analytics and outputs like heatmaps, navigation paths etc. It interface is intuitive and provides all features required for a UI/UX study.

Loop11 provides a limited range of features that does not cater to testing needs. It has been a poor tool overall, with a aspects that needs to be improved. It would be better to have tools for automated testing and improvements in the API for regression testing.

I find Loop11 to be quite hectic due to its cumbersome range of features making it a poor tool for testing purposes. The platform has been not satisfactory. Its difficult to pinpoint any shortcomings. I do wish there were tools available especially for automated testing. I have encountered instances of lag.
