Karmasoft is easy to learn and very efficient. The simple three-screen layout makes check-in and getting to know your students easy: the student screen, class screen and product screen are all in front of you. Teachers/Front desk staff have easy access to how often the student had visited when they last visited and any notes about the student, all directly from the student screen. With a bit of practice, it's straightforward to access information to get to know your students better during the brief time that matters most: when they first come in and right before they leave.
Any software system will have its issues, though mine have generally been my own. Roody and his team have been extremely helpful in responding to these issues. I've used Karmasoft for almost four years and will continue to do so. It works, and the team at Karmasoft continues to work on making it an even better product.
A great feature of Karmasoft is the ability to email your class afterward, right from the glass screen. It's an excellent way for teachers to get to know their students, keep them engaged, and personalize the experience. I've also used it to reunite mats, jewelry and lost-and-found items with their owners.
