A fabulous software with outstading features for streaming high-quality videos to Youtube and FB

1) I loved the ability of sharing my live screen or Photos during streams. 2) I liked its customizability and the wide range of video platforms available for streaming, including Youtube, Twitch and Facebook 3) I really loved the drag-and-drop feature through which I could customize my screen. I can stream my camera as well as a whiteboard or a PDF at the same time which was really helpful. 4) If the internet connection is gone, you can restart the stream when you have connected again and the link will remain the same which is really helpful. 5) You don't need to enter anything on Youtube's streaming page. Streamlabs manages everything and all you need is to connect the accounts. You can start a stream within a few seconds. 6) The ability to set thumbnails for videos was also beneficial. The feature of sharing desktop audio was also helpful for me.

Very useful for quick start, although does lack some of the advanced functionality for customisation

Easy to get started, as everything is integrated. The cloud features are also useful for switching between machines, which I do have to do. The free add on widgets make set up nice and easy, as does the 'undo' functionality.

Absolutely Terrible customer service if you want to cancel

I liked Melon at first until they did updates that meant the sound kept dropping off multiple cameras on Mac, making it unusable and having to keep rebooting streams. It worked fine when I first started using it and it was only the latest update that's made it all go wrong so I had to revert back to EcammLive which never has any issues at all. What I really dislike is the deliberate attempt to stop you canceling your plan by not having any kind of link on the dashboard to your account settings, you literally have to go off to Google looking for support and then I got charged for another 30 days. After emailing and asking them to refund as I hadnt even used it for more than 30 days, I got a dismissive reply literally saying '"cancel earlier next time so you don't get charged!" You can imagine the fury! Not my idea of customer service especially when I was on the $49 business plan and have now paid for 2 months service I still can't use!! Fuming with the lack of Customer Service!
