The forms to capture data and signatures are extremely easy to create, and the end-user gets a beautiful side by side form/document view that makes it very professional. Besides that, the platform is very flexible, so you can use API/Webhook to move the data/docs as you need.
Once you get your head around the interface, it's straightforward to use - the document field editing tools are nice and simple, and formatting is a breeze. The automation support is also great - I tested with both Zapier and Webhooks. We're now using a webhook-based system with Pabbly Connect to file our documents within our company GDrive and send notifications.
Also the experience for users is simple and effective - it feels fully professional from the get go.
