There are multiple things that I like about working with LOB:
1. Fast and accurate response. LOB team responds fast and resolves the issues we have, providing solutions and thinking out of the box.
2. Customer support. LOB understood well and supported us on some time changes we had during implementation.
3. Good product. LOB services have provided the visibility we needed on mailing services, helping us to increase and enhance our functionality related to this service to our customers.

Love the API dashboard. Lob spend as much time on this dashboard as any mainstream product would put towards a customer facing portal. Great documentation, examples, templates and best practices to work from as well.
