I love the ease of working the site. None of the church members who used it struggled, which is important for many people from the older generation who struggle with the computer. The church is trying to get as many online tithers as possible and since the site is easy to navigate it's easier for everyone to learn and not be intimidated. Another aspect that I love the most actually is how people can pay for events upfront, before they even arrive.
