Not only does Let's Encrypt work well, but it's free! Each website gets its own Private Key. Through the control panel, it's super easy to add an SSL/TLS certificate to my domain and then enable it. "Easy" and "free" are both great!
Let's Encrypt most notable feature is that it's free. It's provided Open Source without the typical upselling efforts of other free products. Impressively, Let's Encrypt was created with the primary goal of making using the web safer for everyone. As a sign of it's legitimacy, Let's Encrypt is supported by Google, Mozilla, the Electronic Frontier Foundation as well as other major corporations and foundations.
Fortunately, it's also generally very reliable. Over the years, we have had very few issues securing new sites and keeping them safely encrypted.
Let's Encrypt is also widely supported and usually easy to add to a website. Many web-hosting companies offer one-click installation via cPanel.
