Essential for complex and nuanced routing schemas

It is extremely customizable and easy to manipulate. The possibilities of different edge cases to account for are endless! The audit logs are a game changer to understand where things are going wrong in the schemas and troubleshooting is a breeze. The integration with Salesforce allows us to use what exists in our environment and adapt on that, instead of reinventing the wheel with many new fields and rules.
