LeanData Onboarding team does a great job to get you started

Our onboarding experience was strong and stuctured, we had a project manager who came prepared with what we needed to accomplish in order to meet our go-live deadline. The ability to have a QA environment was a bonus as well where we could create, test, and export our graphs. Then being able to export the QA graph into PROD graph was a plus. Meaning we didn't have to rebuild. The data tables are great once you get the hang of things.

Solid Insights but Implementation is Key

It's easy to create new round robin rules and I love how you can see the full routing logic for specific leads

Creating round robins and routing is not challenging to implement and adjustments are easy to make.
