LeanData matching & routing tools are extremely user friendly, with a fantastic layout which enables easy troubleshooting and udpating. Their onboarding process was supported & guided, and ensured we got the most out of our implementation in the quickest time possible. The ability to integrate the rest of our Stack to optimise the lead flow proecss has been really benefical to us - with Slack bringing immediate benefit. The Customer Support function is the shining light though - they are fast, clear communicators who will guide you to a fix quickly or escalate to the responsive Engineering team.
