Lattice is a one stop shop solution

I love how I can easily create goals, measure if those goals have been met, and easily leave feedback all in one place.

Lattice for HR 1 to 1

Lattice is used to plan, organize and archive HR 1:1s globally. Each quarter the HR team was able to plan HR meetings and to share the recap with the employee and with HR managers in order to be aligned on each situation. Additionally it allowed to track previous request and issues and to understand if they were solved throughout time.
