Lasso Moderation is very accurate and packed with features that make day-to-day moderation so much easier. I love how flexible and customizable it is - being able to adapt everything to different content policies is a huge advantage. The platform puts all the necessary information in one place, and the analytics are extremely helpful for tracking performance and spotting trends. Their support team is also fantastic: responsive, proactive, and always willing to help.

Complete control over what & how terms are moderated, both for manual review and automated processes. We can situationally moderate different users based on their account information to not just moderate messages, but track a wide range of behaviours. Lasso has been particularly useful in moderating spam/phishing content. Easy to use & implement, it completely replaced our previous moderation tools, and we use it constantly. We've had a few minor issues over the last 18 months, but these have been resolved swiftly & competently.
