All-star for employee performance management and reviews

The Performance module. It gives us a straightforward dashboard where we can see all the vital stats about our employees' work performance. And, it updates in a flash so we're always in the know. Also, I like the 360 review feature and 1-1 check-ins. These are the real game changers. The 360 reviews let us get feedback from everyone involved – managers, peers, even the employees themselves. This way, we're getting the full picture and not just one person's view. The 1-1 check-ins? They're like half-time team talks, giving us a regular opportunity to catch up with team members, sort out any problems, and cheer them on. All up, Lanteria is easy to use and packed with features that help us support our employees to be the best they can be.
