Language I/O Review for Salesforce Live Chat

It just works. When we made the switch from RingCentral Contact Center to Service Cloud Voice, there were many growing pains that had to be overcome. Yet, none of those concerned Language I/O, that did exactly what it was supposed to do.

Excellent collaborative tool with easy configuration

This tool is excellent especially because it is easy to use and install and do the first configuration. I like the integration with Salesforce and it gives us good flexibility, saves time in translations and increase collaboration. It is a good software.

Language I/O tool in IT team

Language I/O works pretty well with what we already got goin' on, giving us real-time translations into other languages which is crucial since we work all over the world. It seems to understand the technical lingo in our industry, which cuts down on stuff getting lost in translation. The API is fast so there aren't big delays in our workflows and being able to customize the dictionaries for cloud terms helps keep things consistent when dealing with complex stuff. And the tool learning and improving from corrections we make helps the team work more efficiently over time.
