Language I/O allowed us to grow our global presence with minimal upfront investment

The path to onboarding was an absolute breeze. We shopped around a lot, and in terms of quality of translations and ease of onboarding, LIO won the top prize for us. They came to us with a strong team, a low-jargon proposal and got us going quickly.

Great tool for Salesforce

We selected Language I/O because they were one of the few platforms fully integrated with Salesforce and allowed us to keep our support team on Salesforce. I am so happy we picked them. The setup, testing and deployment were straightforward and pretty seamless. The few issues we did run into, the support at LIO was always very responsive and quick to answer our questions. Their support is what made our deployment of this tool a big success. Their tool integrates seamlessly with Salesforce Service cloud, which was awesome because it allowed us to keep the same workflow for our support team. Because of the service cloud support, this meant we were able to go live with very few interruptions. As we've grown our language offerings, it's been easy every time to add a new language to the tool
