Language I/O with Salesforce Review

Easy and Convenient to be used, the integration process is smooth as well. Support is helpful in getting new language glossary to be included.

Works out of the box, you never have to think about it.

The best thing about Language I/O is it's seamless integration with Salesforce Service Cloud, from my experience. The implementation and integration were done quickly and without need for maintenance. The Customer Support in that process was amazing and since then it's the day to day tool for all agents helping customers.
