Language I/O Provides OUR Language Translation Needs

Language I/O is easy to use. We use it for chat translation, and our chats are translated automatically. Our representatives don’t need to adjust settings or select languages for translation. We can also add additional languages and unique terms as needed. In the future, we plan to use more features, such as email translation. Matthew has been great about staying in contact with us throughout the process and making sure our questions are addressed.

Salesforce Service Cloud Service Owner

The article translation UI in Salesforce is simple and easy to use. The email translation component is clear, with high-quality and instant translations. The chat translation quality is also excellent across most of the languages we support. So far, we haven't received any complaints from customers saying they didn’t understand our support agents. Although our agents only speak English, we still serve customers who speak other languages, such as those in Nordic countries. Thanks to Language I/O, this has been seamless. Additionally, Language I/O's support service is very responsive, and they resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Flexible, High-Quality Translations Delivered Ahead of Schedule

They were very flexible with file delivery, providing translations for our Zendesk content as well as Markdown files that fit our proprietary processes, and they delivered everything ahead of schedule. I was impressed by the quality of the work, especially given how quickly it was turned around.
