I think this is a great website. I use it to give birthday shoutouts and also onboarding new employees. I think it is a clean and simple user interface and I will use it again and again!

We use Kudoboard often within our teams to recognize birthdays, milestones, and other work celebrations. It's easy to use, has lots of options to choose from, and is affordable in cost. We appreciate its free option which allows smaller teams to send boards to each other easily.
