I use Kudoboard for my team for birthdays, anniversaries, and any other types of special recognition. It's user friendly so every one can use it easily. Due to the economy, we've had some budget restraints but thankfully our team is small and the free version is enough to get the job done for my team! I can also pick from a variety of backgrounds that I think suits the person I'm recognizing the most. Highly recommend!
