Knowify is very user friendly, which makes training new users super easy. I allows us to easily manage budgets, purchases, and actual costs. It integrates with QuickBooks Online seamlessly. Any questions we ask get an extremely quick and detailed response.

The platform is lean and agile in getting the data to be useful. Even better is the tech support, where you can actually communicate with a real person.. The tech team is responsive and patient even when I ask rookie questions. On the rare occasion that I stump them, they happily pass along ideas to the development crew who will work them into version upgrades. Or they can tell me that what I ask for is not available (yet). Either way they are uber helpful.
