The customer support response times are excellent. We have had many quick turnarounds for basic and even more advanced questions. The Marketo integration is key

Knak has great design capabilities. Our Design team can go in there and pretty much do their thing, allowing us to create on-brand emails and special designs for specific campaigns. Plus, it's really easy for non-designers to work on emails, too. And of course — the syncing to Marketo is MONEY! Not sure what we'd do without it. Lots of other great features, too: Easy testing, global UTM parameters, and link testing all come to mind.

The easy-to-use user interface allows many members of our team the ability to create/manage email design tasks without being Marketo experts. Knak is far better than any other competitors I have tried out and offers a great product to go along with great customer support. The ability to save themes and modules has given our design team more control over email design than we've had before and is proving to enhance our processes when brand/design changes are needed.
