Best thing we ever invested in!
Honestly searching is so easy now. Its so smart and easy to adjust. Takes me less than a minute to customise a search now. I dont know how we managed before Klevu, Its also so easy to intergrate with our site.
There is always support when we need it and they know what they are talking about.
My favorite thing is they can send a report everyday with failed searches giving us ideas about potential new products.
