Kleene is extremely user-friendly, it makes data warehousing and analytics extremely easy and accessible to anyone with basic SQL skills. It has a broad scope which means you only need one tool for your ETL pipeline. They have a huge variety of connectors and are continually building new ones to satisfy clients' needs. The scheduling and DAG features are my favourite, they allow me to easily control my data pipeline and identify bugs quickly. Kleene take pride in their customer success, as they should - I have never had a problem that wasn't prioritised or fixed as soon as possible, which cannot be said for standard ELT tools.
