We have transformed analysis with the transforms tool and it's simple enough to be managed by a non-engineer. The team is always responsive to any issues and constantly push updates and new features. The cost model is different to other tools as you pay by connector, not by data volume so there is no limit on the complexity and depth of analysis you can pull out using Kleene.
