Easy to use Power Dialer software & responsive and proactive customer support for sales outreach

|Kixie PowerCall & SMS
The Powerdialer has to be the most easy to use software & tool and I've tried a lot of different options on the market. I love that onboarding was a breeze when I initially started on a trial and they even offered customer support and extensive videos and help articles. The AE who signed me up was really accessible for answering my questions even with being on a different time zone (3hours behind) and never pushy at all. The call history and inbound SMS worked effortlessly without me wondering - I get an email if someone leaves a voicemail and I can track SMS as well and go back and listen to previous calls.
