Kixie Audio Issues - Resolved

Kixie bypasses the number you copy and paste; even with those open and closed parentheses, it intelligently identifies that number. It allows one to receive calls/text/voicemails. it syncs with the CRM that you use. In short, convenience. When I had issues with my audio, the support group resolved it well within the expected time.

Supportive and responsive customer service

Kixie is super user friendly and which made implementing and training my team painless! The dialer is so great for texting and calling. When I had a problem with my CRM integration, the customer support was so supportive and responsive.
