Kixie has some crucial functions if you have a team that makes a large volume of calls.
The ability to leave pre-recorded vms is the best about Kixie. It also works well with HubSpot so it was the perfect solution for us to use. We're glad to have made the switch from our previous service provider where we had to read the same VM again and again. Customer support is also quick to answer.
