I love that Kixie makes it easy to reach to to agents with both calls and text and that it sends out voicemails and texts to agents.

Very User friendly
There are several things that I really like about Kixie. It is super easy to find the contact in the CRM that I'm using while on the call, I can make way more dials than I would if I were dialing manually, and because they integrate with my CRM everything gets updated without me leaving the dialer.
