Kixie has the calling and support features and the support we need
The Kixie tool allows you to call multiple numbers at the same time, which saves a lot of time for callers. They have local presence dialing which allows access to a number local to the location you are calling. I'm based in Georgia, USA and do business with companies near me, but my callers are in different locations. It helps to build credibility.
Kixie support is responsive and helpful as well. They have always responded quickly to my requests for support. They helped us get compliant with FTC laws as well for the DNC registry. Good company.

A very good App
That you can configure o pre-record Vm just to drop them, and also the extension with Chrome makes it easy no extra program to use it or VPN.
