For many reasons I chose kixie for my sales team and I. As sales have evolved with technology and all the other added benefits we have today, I found that alot of web integrated call sytstems say that they have sms messaging with their service but ultimately do not enable that specific feature. They usually only have an internal messaging system where employees can message one another on the platform but as far as text messaging goes, Kixie is the only one ive used that actually allows it to outside numbers on their platform. This alone made is worth while, everything else was a bonuz. The ease of downloading and implementing the AI assistant apps introduced me to an entire new world of possibiitiess. I look forward everyday i use the system to learning something new.

Its easy to use interface and the speed of the SMS texts

Kixie is easy to use, efficient and the company is always putting out useful updates. It's certainly the best option out there IMO.
