When you need more options to easily customize text and other assets

I love the ability to take text and be able to add/change many attributes that the competition does not. Kitl can be used as a professional tool to create vector images that require no additional changes to send to a printer or POD company. Most things can be much faster than in Illustrator. There are now a bunch of tools to create assets for your business. I really think that Kittl is in a league of their own. They keep improving and recently added a bunch of extremely useful AI tools such as AI vectorizer and generator. Also an amazing logo generation tool that gives great "out of the box" ideas.
