I have been using their service for around 2 years. Initially, I provided them 5 star review. But after 2 years, I am forced to update my review and I may switch out of their service also. Their general autoresponder system works well, but will not let you serve your clients as they will delete your contacts and priceless leads/contacts if you do not send emails to them for 3 months (default is now one month)! This means if you do not send anything to any contact for 1 month (by default), that contact will be deleted for good!

Support reacts within 1-2h which is ok for a standard problem raised via chat. Could be quicker in resolving issues since everything needs to be escalated to level 3 support.

Nothing! They are awful. DO NOT USE THEM!
