Easy to use software

|WPS Presentation
WPS Presentation is one of the main software I most commonly use to create slideshows. The best thing about WPS Presentation is its inbuilt template. There's a lot of templates available for us to work on so we can easily create slides for presentations. Its user interface is very easy to use. Not just that we can also save the presentation in multiple formats also convert ppt files to other formats like pdf. The output file is optimised to be lesser in size without reducing the quality. These are the main things I like about WPS presentation and it has all the necessary tools for creating a presentation.

WPS Writer is Best Documentation Writer

Wps Writer is the best documentation writer where we can prepare our office presentation, documents, excel sheets this doc files can be open in Microsoft office too, it has best fonts, its very similar to MS office best feature is you can open multiple tabs in one application whereas in MS office you have to open each file in each tab for comparison it will be very difficult to match the file whereas in WPS Writer it's best feature you can open multiple file in single application.
