What I like best about keybase is the fact that I can chat with other users for the home health company that I work with. We use it to touch base with clients that are far away from us, and to stay in contact with Ethan family and but most of all our clients or our vendors that we use throughout our company

Keybase offers simple encryption out of the box, with free encrypted Git and chat!
I make good use of the Git, and the chat - for chatting to other developers. The file storage is also useful and rather simple to use. Keybase is also cross platform (including mobile).

A niche communication tool geared toward security
Slack-like communication with the ability to share files securely between members of your team. It has some nice features to establish trust and identity of users. Also supports hosting private git repos.
