Powerful and easy to use, not perfect but Evolving from user feedback

Kentik is easy to use, and provides great insight into how customers, potential customers, and competitors are interacting with your network. The ability to quickly generate and customize reports across a variety of datapoints and presentations enables quick development of regular reporting dashboards, as well as quick on-the-fly studies. I usually am on there several times a day, just doing pulse checks on traffic flow, or generating updates to particular traffic reports that are tracked on-going.
