Good, efficient way of texting customers about equipment pick up.

I'm a big fan of the user access levels. We have a lot of sales advisers who don't need to be in control of everything, and it makes it easy to assign leads. Also the broadcast feature is so simple, and we enjoy scheduling them out.

Sending review requests is easy, we've multiplied the number of reviews we've received tenfold in less than 3 months. Downloading a transcript of the texts is easy and nice to look at.
