Easy to begin streaming data, analyzing it, and visualizing it using very clearly documented APIs. I've used it both for internal projects and for end user projects, and I've been pleasantly surprised by its stability and feature density.

How easy it is to create queries and dashboards, and how accessible the data is. Being able to create funnels is very useful to us.
