Excellent Briefing Coordination in Fast-Moving Markets

I really appreciate KEA Analyst Relations for handling the challenge of a fast-evolving market like AI trust and AI safety. They did a great job scheduling briefings with various analysts who are experts in this broad and fast-changing market. Derk from KEA was particularly impressive, consistently scheduling a lot of good briefings. The service was effective in facilitating conversations with analysts, helping us understand different market perspectives, and sharing our market views. The people at KEA, especially Derk, are excellent at what they do. His ability to schedule meetings with relevant people in such a challenging market is commendable.

The Complete Analyst Relations Partner for Technology Companies

Kea is a specialist analyst relations firm that helps technology companies become better understood, recognised and recommended by Gartner, Forrester, IDC and many other influential research firms. Founded in 2010, Kea runs analyst relations programmes for more than 50 global technology companies. Our clients range from venture-backed scale-ups engaging analysts for the first time to established vendors competing for stronger recognition in major research and enterprise buying conversations. WHAT KEA DOES Kea operates the complete analyst relations programme on behalf of its clients. We help companies: 1. Define their analyst relations strategy We begin by understanding the company, its products, markets, buyers, competitors and business objectives. We then translate those priorities into a practical analyst relations plan. 2. Identify the analysts who matter We map and prioritise relevant analysts across Gartner, Forrester, IDC and many other research firms. This includes analysts covering the company’s current category, adjacent markets, emerging technologies and relevant buyer communities. 3. Build analyst access and relationships Kea manages analyst outreach, briefing requests, introductions, scheduling and follow-up. We ensure clients engage the right analysts at the right time rather than relying on occasional or reactive contact. 4. Prepare executives and subject-matter experts We help clients develop the story, evidence and supporting materials required for effective analyst conversations. This includes briefing decks, demonstrations, executive preparation, anticipated questions and clear objectives for every meeting. 5. Manage every engagement Kea coordinates briefings, inquiries, advisory sessions, demonstrations and ongoing analyst communications. We capture feedback, identify actions and ensure each conversation contributes to the broader programme. 6. Support analyst assessments We support clients participating in Gartner Magic Quadrants and Market Guides, Forrester Waves, IDC MarketScapes and other structured research processes. Support can include: • Assessment strategy • Evidence development • Survey and questionnaire review • Briefing and demonstration preparation • Customer reference planning • Draft review and fact-check support • Internal coordination and deadline management • Research outcome activation 7. Turn analyst activity into business impact Analyst relations is not limited to published reports. Analysts regularly advise enterprise buyers, shape vendor shortlists and influence how technology markets are understood. Kea helps clients use analyst recognition, feedback and relationships to strengthen: • Enterprise credibility • Competitive positioning • Sales conversations • Category recognition • Market visibility • Customer confidence • Investor and partner communications HOW KEA WORKS Every client receives a structured programme built around three areas: Engagement Are we reaching and building relationships with the analysts who influence the market? Recognition Do analysts understand the company, its capabilities and its differentiation? Impact Is analyst activity contributing to stronger market credibility and business outcomes? Kea works as an extension of the client’s team. We collaborate with leadership, product, marketing, communications, sales and customer teams while taking ownership of the operational work required to keep the programme moving. WHY CLIENTS CHOOSE KEA Many firms provide advice before an analyst meeting. Kea manages what happens before, during and after that meeting. We combine: • Specialist analyst relations experience since 2010 • Experience from inside research firms, including Gartner, Forrester and IDC • A global delivery team across Europe, the Middle East and India • Relationships across Gartner, Forrester, IDC and many other firms • Practical programme management and execution • Experience supporting both emerging vendors and established technology companies Kea is not a PR agency with analyst relations added as an extra service. Analyst relations is our core business. The market does not update itself. We help change it. COMMON QUESTIONS Does Kea only work with Gartner? No. Kea works across Gartner, Forrester, IDC and many other global and specialist analyst firms. Does Kea only support Magic Quadrants? No. Formal assessments are one element of analyst relations. Most clients work with Kea on a continuous programme of analyst engagement, positioning and relationship development. Can Kea work alongside an internal analyst relations team? Yes. Kea can operate as the complete outsourced analyst relations function or provide additional capacity, expertise and execution support to an existing team. Does Kea only arrange analyst meetings? No. Scheduling is only one small part of the work. Kea manages strategy, targeting, outreach, preparation, content, meetings, follow-up, assessment support and programme measurement. Is Kea suitable for companies that have not previously worked with analysts? Yes. We regularly help technology companies establish their first structured analyst relations programme and determine where analyst engagement can have the greatest impact. What does Kea need from the client? Effective analyst relations requires input from leadership, product, marketing, sales and customer teams. Kea organises that input, reduces the internal workload and turns it into a consistent external programme.
