Katana has helped us streamline our manufacturing processes to no end, before Katana we used old fashioned pen and paper and speadsheets to keep a track of our inventory. we had no information as to how ofen we were replenishing items but now all our decisions are backed by data. Having a product go out of stock happened mroe than we'd like to admit but with Katana and the safety stock calculation as well has having full visibility of all our products and materials at the click of a button this is no longer an issue. Katana integrated with our Shopify website as well as out Xero accounting software enabeling us to easily create purchase orders and have our sales orders feed through automatically. The customer support is fantastic and always proptly on hand to help with any and all issues that might arise. They also work to continually improve and add new features based on customer feedback. We use Katana on a daily basis and would definitely reccomend to any other business wanting to better manage their inventory and manufacturing.
