Remote Support especially when users are off our “secure” network when working remotely. The ease of support, deploying software, creating filters, remote command line/powershell functions, without disturbing users. Using sites for isolating sub organisations, we have over 30 individual sites where we can also have local I.T users that are only able to see the devices in their location even when there are multiple sub sites. The speed of access is second to none and the fact we can support multiple users at once. Auditing sites, monitoring tools, exporting via csv file, creating filters, to assist in auditing software, devices etc. Email automation for example unpatched machines, emails are sent automatically to local I.T leads to ensure unpatched machines are brought up to date. These are just a few examples of how I use datto on a daily basis. It is an essential tool that would generate many, many Service Desk tickets if we did not have access to datto. Deploying datt is a doddle, and moving a machine from one organisation to another can be done in a couple of clicks. The monthly updates provided by datto are invaluable in keeping us up to date with new features and updates, when we have questions both the datto community and customer support is excellent. Datto jobs are a fantastic example of how it interacts with our organisation, we can create desktop shortcuts, per site, when sites use the same software with individual setting it’s a breeze to create multiple site jobs with the copy job functions to name just a couple.

Ease of use, the interface is very simliar to other Vulenerability scanners I've previously used.

it is very good at scanning issues, can detect almost everything, costumer support is very reliable too !
