I have taken their SMS service previously. They are swift to respond and their PMs are always helpful to get the best and correct data to the clients. The delivery rates and latency of their SMS service are pretty good too in terms of other competitors. Their integration takes minimal effort and all the modern-day SMS click-tracking features are available on their dashboard.

No challenges faced with the product. We use the API for sending sms. Its a 2 way channel where the customer sends us an SMS and our team responds to them via an API

The Twixor UI of Karix is easy to use and offers multi-level control for WhatsApp campaigns. The UI for approving WABA templates is also very easy to use --- live status of approval of templates can be seen on the approval portal. While campaigns are scheduled, I can go through multiple levels of approval before the communication sending starts. The live data of campaign performance is easy to view on the Reports panel. I can easily add dimensions and cuts on the bulk data to arrive at aggregrate meaningful measures when I use the data everyday to check campaign performance of last day. I use the platform everyday download campaign reports everyday very easily. While implementing the platform, initially I faced issues with mapping the templates correctly on MoEngage but eventually it was resolved.
