Kapiche's customer service. From sales process to implementation Kapiche's team has been very attentive every step of the way! It is clear they want their customers to be successful with their product. API is easy to set up without any technical knowlege. Their storyboard feature is a great quick snapshot of the conversation that is happening. I also like that you are able to tie NPS to your conversation to see what is driving the metric up or down.

There are actually two features of Kapiche that I like best: 1. The "storyboard" tool for discovering associated concepts. 2. Their wonderfully simple query tool which makes it extremely simple to create complicated queries.

Kapiche is super easy to use and it allowed us to quickly identify relevant insights from large sets of data! Product coaching was also excellent
