The Kadence theme is block based and includes all of the basic blocks that you will need for building out your wordpress site. The themes are fairly well built out for most use cases. You can get up and running quickly with a nicely built out blog. The themes are all optimized for speed. Other than RankMath for SEO you will not need much else to get up and running. The buggest benefit to the block based format is that it includes many of the functionality that you will require without needing to install additional plugins that will slow down your site. It is easy to integrate other solutions as it contains the hooks required. We use it each day. The customer support and ease of implementation are top notch.

Kadence WP is difficult for beginners to grasp. The range of options they provide is limited. Their support and documentation are not helpful. There are also some issues with third party plugins causing dependencies.
