It's just so easy to use! Both the app and the web page are so intuitive that you don't need to train staff and it can be rolled out in a matter of weeks! Their customer service is second to none and they are constantly improving with user feedback. I love the new staff directory that allows you to find out where your collegues are seated plus there their working pattern in order to link up. Brilliant feature that supports hybrid working.

User Friendly. Allows users to get up to speed quickly. Very minimal training...they continue to add new features and the users are happy with the product.
