A good alternative for a coding notebook

Easy of use, simple interface and many useful commands. It provides a very smooth experience for coding and has support for multiple visualization libraries and dashboard functions.

Magic Notebook

It is very to install. It comes with rich export features. You can mark down the code and write notes in a cell after changing the cell type from code to markdown. Apart from that, it has a user-friendly UI. It is an open-source tool. So, it is free to use.
