The overview of upcoming developments at Juniper Square and the opportunity to meet some of the leadership was great! The round table with peers was also great. The customer support is great and our implementation process on the Fund Admin side has been great.

Juniper Square was implemented at our firm when we launched both an open-end fund and a closed-end fund several years ago. Since we are a small firm, it allowed us to easily automate the subscription process for the funds and setup the investor accounts/positions in a relatively short time-frame. Additionally, it allows the team to more efficiently distribute documents to the investors on a quarterly basis or as needed. Our investors also like that it serves as their own document repository for the funds. It has been a game-changer for our firm. We also value the timely Customer Support that we have received from Juniper Square. Questions are answered and issues are resolved quickly. It is also exciting to see the roadmap that Juniper Square has in place for upcoming enhancements to the product. The product is truly best in class.
