When searching for a graphic to use in a blog, social media, or other project, I always go to JumpStory first. While some of the choices are the same that you'll find on other photo download sites, many are unique to JumpStory. To avoid using the same graphics seen everywhere on the internet, JumpStory is the first option for me. Jumpstory also includes a facility to erase backgrounds, which I have used a few times. It's handy to have it right there on the site instead of downloading a photo and then using another program to erase the background. Obviously background erasing works best when there's a clear difference between what is to be kept and what is not, so the quality of the results depends on the original picture. I have not used the other editing tools, though I suppose in some cases they could be convenient. I've tried the crop tool, but it only allows cropping according to the aspect ratio. No way to trim the left side from a photo, for instance, without also trimming the top or bottom. One thing unique about Jumpstory is the personal assistant. I have not used this feature, but according to the site, you can describe what you're seeking or provide and example and then ask the JumpStory staff to find the image for you.
