I like the ability to run customized reports quickly and easily, and that creating contacts/jobs/tasks is relatively easy. The concept of boards is great as well and being able to click/drag contacts around as needed.

How easy it is to customize the app to your needs

I love being able to manage claims from a dashboard. Being able to email from the app is one of my favorite features.
